I finished all of the clay cakes my Mom ordered from me finally, and also managed to put up/update several other things. Go me! Oh, and managed to decorate my Christmas tree and put up lights. AND!! I have purchased/know what I will be purchasing for all my gifts this year. ...and I bought some cute shoes..

But anyway, for all that is accomplished, there is still more to do. Like boxing up the cakes, glazing clay ribbons to put on the tree, actually putting them on the tree, making cinnamon ornaments, making dinner, sitting on my ass - wait, got that one covered. Yes, well I should get to that other stuff then.

I've been working on more polymer clay projects lately, I have a few more things I've made but don't have them with me to take pics/put up. I've been making a clay piece for each month to put up on my desk at work, which not only brightens the desk, but gets me some nice promotion!

My mom is also having me make her 25 clay cakes for Christmas to give as gifts so that's keeping me busy. Plus, with the holidays coming up and having my first full-sized Christmas tree all for myself, I need ornaments! And who wants a tree full of store bought when you're an artist? Busy busy!

AND I've been trying out some new recipes the past few months, trying to keep myself a little healthier and keep us away from the lure of fast food. Plus I can try some new yummy dessert recipes if I make dinner! Today I made individual chocolate cheesecakes. Mmm...I bet they are cooled by now too...

Bah, just 10 days shy of 1 year since last entry. I'm excellent at this!

Okay, not true. I moved - that's something. Though not something I care to go into great detail about. Shame on you for being nosy! And now I work full time at a computer...place. Office? Yeah, I don't know, but we resell computer hardware and do service. I get to handle all the paperwork and answering the phones; and generally just razzing everyone in the office with my sarcasm and obvious talents. The other girl here, Angela, is just excited not to be the only girl anymore.

So my best friend Raina is getting married at the end of June. I had to go weekend before last to David's Bridal to look at dresses....OMG, what a horrible setup they have there. There are NO mirrors in the dressing room. You have to go out into the *cringe* [i]open[/i] to be surrounded by mirrors and other girls in dresses if you want to see how you look. They only had a black dress in the right size for me to try on...as if I wasn't white enough. I think I may have to use one of those tanning lotions; just so I don't blind everyone and draw attention from Raina on her day.

OH! And the best thing - I gots me a kitty cat! Definitely have to put up pics of him. I decided to name him Sumi, which means ink in Japanese. Well, hs full name is Sumi-Oten (ink spot). That's what he looks like too. His tummy is white and the rest is black like a pot of ink fell on him.

As for FFXI, still playing. Lets see, as of now: 75 DRG, 75RDM, 75BLM, 67BLU. After BLU I need to finish COR. Which I was going to do before BLU..er, actually I never intended to level my blue mage at all. I just needed something at level one to start, was going to switch at 25 to corsair, but I decided I liked BLU a lot and kept going. But yes, after BLU, hawt hawt COR!! Imma be a pirate!

My poor cooking is still not 100. I'm too lazy, so it sits at 95. I'm close to finishing the ToAU missions finally. Only one fight left - Alexander. And I switched LS. I actually have a chance at a Dalmatica now - something I never would have gotten in my last LS. At least the people (most of them) were cool. I actually ended up meeting a bunch of them in Vegas for my 21st Birthday last August. Good times...getting drunk with friends in Las Vegas and having the guys try to win you stuffed animals and labeling them on who's butt is the best is the only way to have fun anymore, I tell ya. And like most geeks, we did hit up Quark's Bar. And the drink that Godslayer, our LS leader, had was the biggest drink I'd ever seen.

Ok, I don't feel like writing anymore right now. Maybe next year.

Nothing "new" per se going on. I'm still lazy, hardly submitting any work. I put up some new ceramics, and should put up a few more in the coming weeks. Should. Only should. We'll see what really happens.

I have plenty of photos I've taken, but what a pain it would be to scan them all since they're from old school black and white film. So no one will probably see them..until I'm dead and famous and they pull out a file called "Photo I Class Crap" filled with...well crap.

Finals week is almost here. Joy. Actually though, I'm not terribly excited about anything. Not being done for the semester, or going home, or after that going to Minnesota for the summer. It just hasn't been the best...few months I guess you could say. And no, I don't want to talk about it.

So in addition to this general pessimistic overview of the past few months, I'm going to mention Skan! Why? Because he asked me what I was doing and I said I was writing this, and he asked if he could be in it. And now he is...and he wants me to say "In Skanland, I am his Princess". Also, Skan is a friend of mine on FFXI.

College is gay by the way. Don't go.

I finally decided to major in Photography...maybe they'll teach me how to take a picture eventually. All I do now is a crapload of art and photo history. Superfuntastic and stuff. I'm just glad my brother and I get to share an apartment together. Neither of us were too /psyched about the idea of a roomate.

FFXI is still basically...my life. It's a lot like having a real one even, which I'm trying to avoid. People still seem to want to be my friend no matter how much I try to avoid it. Whoever'd want to be friends with someone as purposly boring and introverted as me is beyond me. I did finally get my Dragoon to 75 so I'm all kinds of pimp now. Now if I could only stop getting crappy parties on Black Mage and my static would level for my Red Mage..

At least I still have my Silena. <3 If I can ever finish college we're going to get married and I'll move to Minnesota. I told him that despite the fact we already plan to get married, he'd still better get me another ring and surprise the hell outta me. He promised he would... My mom's excited about it and we talk about how we'll do the wedding and such, but my dad just wants to pretend it's not happing until it's... closer I guess. I'll give him that at least.
